Located in Rochefort-sur-Loire, the estate was founded in 2024 by brothers Thomas and Pierre Bertrand. Prior to establishing their domaine, they spent several years training under respected winemakers across the Loire Valley. They began their journey in Alsace at their uncle Jean-François Ginglinger’s estate, and later continued gaining experience with Adrien De Mello, Jean-Christophe Garnier, Babass, Jacques Février, and Martial Angéli.
Their project began with the acquisition of 4.5 hectares from the former Liv Vincendeau estate, consisting primarily of old-vine Chenin Blanc, along with small plantings of Grolleau and Cabernet Franc. The vineyards have been farmed organically since 2014, providing a strong foundation for the Bertrand brothers to develop their own winemaking vision in Rochefort-sur-Loire.
